In consecutive roles, direct day-to-day operations of $55M worth facilities while leading team of multifunctional personnel.

Director (08/2016 to 08/2019)

Managed significant National monument (U.S. Air Force Memorial). Assessed and analyzed maintenance requirements and accordingly created budgets to reduce additional expenses. Optimized operational framework by executing strategic plans, developing metrics, providing analysis, and recommending necessary changes for continuous process improvement. Led 95 staff members through turbulent major organizational change while ensuring seamless delivery of operations.

Deputy Commander/Senior Vice President (05/2014 to 05/2016)

Directed Special Operations air and space power to accomplish National objectives.  Led 1500+ personnel operating eight different types of aircraft valued at $5.2B. Planned, designed, and executed budgets while forecasting expenses to reduce additional expenses. Delivered strategic direction to managers and ensured tactical execution. Trained and mentored staff on proper procedures to enhance capabilities at individual and group levels.

  • Led aircraft transition while managing 20% loss in personnel without impact to operations.

  • Planned and directed business unit relocation including 100 personnel and 13 aircraft from New Mexico to Florida.

  • Appointed Acting CEO and accomplished mission with no gaps by navigating steep learning curves.
